Shanghai Harborside Medical Technology Co., LTD. (Harborside), formerly known as NAMSA Shanghai Laboratory, is the first US FDA GLP-compliant non-clinical animal laboratory in the medical device industry in China. With AAALAC-accredited facilities and more than 300 standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality system documents, Harborside can support services such as preclinical safety and efficacy studies, physician training and collaboration, human factor design and usability studies. Harborside represents a higher level of non-clinical efficacy studies with large animals in the domestic medical device industry, and has been increasingly becoming a first-class non-clinical evaluation platform and professional education center in the medical device industry in China by achieving self-empowerment in the process of cooperation with numerous domestic and foreign clients.
