Drug-induced Long-term Vascular Leakage of the retina

Introduction

The drug-induced long-term retinal vascular leakage model can last more than one year. This model can be used to evaluate the efficacy of long-term anti-neovascularization drugs.

Fig. The vascular leakage in the left eye (OS) was decreased after IVT administrated Eylea (lower images) compared to untreated right eye (OD), and the anti-leakage effect was evident for several weeks.
